One of those killed and buried there, Edward Pritchett, was a distant cousin, and Interestingly, one of my g-great-grandfathers was also there as a member of Company B. Sterling from Crisfield MD…He was 21 or 22 when he was killed in action…I have seen his name spelled Southy or Southey…his name on his gravestone there, if I remember right, is spelled Southy…might seem like a small thing but could you please correct the spelling of his name in this article?
