What is it made out of? Sculpture: marble with bronze plaques; Base: stone.
What size is it? Sculpture: approx. 3 ft. 6 in. x 55 in. x 31 in.; Base: approx. 4 x 67 x 39 in.
Who made it? Unknown, sculptor.
What does it depict? Rectangular marker with sloping front bears three tablets with a facsimile of the Bliss/Bancroft copy of the Gettysburg Address. A State Seal relief appears on the lower front face below the center tablet. Kentucky had no regiments or batteries present on either side at Gettysburg.
